We started this term practicing Athletics. We focused on 6 athletics events: long jump, high jump, 100 meters hurdling, shot put, discus throw and 100 meters. During some classes, we trained hard and at the end of the unit, we tried to improve our own results. We also compared our results with the world records, they are amazing!
After that, we went on with Acrosport. With Acrosport we could improve balance, strength, and something really important, the ability to work as a team. Watch the video below to see the result. We’ve also attached some photos we took during the first term. We hope you enjoy.
